Harley Estate introduces Fusion Fermentation Coffee, Made from selectively handpicked ripe cherries above 18% Brix. The cherries are washed, floaters removed, inoculated with selected yeast and bacteria, then anaerobically fermented to enhance flavour and cup quality.
