Harmonia

Our newest  speciality coffee is crafted from pulped Arabica beans, fermented for 36 hours with a culture of wild yeasts derived from native flora and fauna. The beans are then gently washed to remove residual mucilage and slowly dried to preserve clarity and expression. The cup reveals vibrant structure, layered complexity, and refined aromatics with a distinctive, terroir-driven finish.
