This specialty coffee is produced from whole coffee cherries fermented for 32 hours with a Barbodosa cherry extract and whey. The cherries are then carefully dried to stabilize the profile and preserve clarity. The cup presents layered complexity, enchaced sweetness, and refined aromatics with a distinctive fermentation character.
